Shipping Policy

Processing & Delivery Time

All orders are processed and delivered within 5–6 business days from the date of purchase.

Delivery timelines may vary slightly during festivals, high-volume periods, or unforeseen courier delays.

 

🔄 Return & Exchange Policy

Due to the nature of our products:

  • Activity books are reusable, and

  • All stationery items are custom-made for each order,

we do not accept returns or exchanges.

Please ensure your personalisation details are entered correctly at checkout.

 

Wrong or Incorrect Order Received

In the rare instance that you receive an incorrect order, we’re here to help.

To process your request, please provide:

  • A clear, continuous unpacking video recorded from the moment you open the sealed package until all items are shown.

This helps us verify the error and resolve the issue promptly.

Once validated, we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.

 

📦 Order Cancellations

Once order placed, cancellations are not possible for customised stationary.  

 

📘 Damaged Items on Arrival

If your product arrives physically damaged, please share a clear unboxing video along with photos of the damaged item within 24 hours of delivery. We will review and arrange a replacement if applicable.

 

🌍 Shipping Coverage

We currently ship within India. For international orders or bulk requirements, please contact us directly.

 

🧾 Non-Deliverable Packages

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, repeated delivery attempts, or issues at the customer’s end, the buyer is responsible for re-shipping costs.
